Dermal fillers, like Juvéderm®, Sculptra®, and Restylane®, are typically inserted into the dermal layer of the skin. This provides temporary fullness in the face where volume loss has occurred. With the revolutionary Y LIFT® procedure we’re able to administer dermal fillers beneath the muscles. Therefore providing more pronounced lift for patients with significant facial drooping and volume loss. Before the Y LIFT®, the only way to lift facial muscles was to perform a facial plastic surgery procedure known as a rhytidectomy (facelift). With the innovative Y LIFT®, you can get fresults in one hour or less with no surgery or downtime.

What Does the Consultation Entail?

During your personalized consultation, one of our Pure 111 aesthetic nurse injectors will examine the signs of facial aging and discuss your concerns and treatment goals. Based on this initial examination, we will discuss your options for best anti-aging results. If your needs and goals show that you only need very superficial or mild-to-moderate intervention with dermal fillers, our traditional methods may be recommended. For more advanced facial hollowness and sagging, however, we may recommend the Y LIFT® to help you achieve more dramatic, long lasting results.

What Happens During a Treatment with the Y Lift®?

Once decided that the Y LIFT® technique is right for you, we will schedule your procedure and provide you with pre-treatment instructions. By following, you can expect your best results and reduce the risk of unwanted side effects, such as excessive bruising.

Before we begin the Y LIFT® facial injection procedure, we will prep your skin with betadine, mark your skin with guidelines and numb your face to ensure a pain free experience. You will not need general anesthesia for this procedure. We will make a few injections deep under the muscles. Once the syringe is in place, we will inject the dermal filler. This holds the muscle in place, providing long-term youthful fullness and results.

Depending on your needs, we will perform this process in multiple areas of your face, including the cheeks, jawline, and chin. It is a true non-surgical facelift with the added benefit of providing facial volume.

What Are the Results and Downtime With Y Lift®?

You will see results immediately following your Y LIFT® treatment; however, your results will improve over time as the filler settles and collagen production increases.

During the first 24 hours after your Y LIFT® procedure, you will notice that your face has more defined contours, structure, and symmetry. This improves over time with natural-looking results.
